We are currently still shipping orders and all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will still be dispatched on the same day. We proudly use Royal Mail to deliver your order, however please be aware that due to ongoing strikes that delays in the delivery of post are currently being experienced in some areas of the country.
We will update the above information regarding delivery as and when Royal Mail announce further updates. We apologise for the delays you may experience in the delivery of your order and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Throughout the journey of your order you will be notified of its current status via the e-mail address you provide during checkout. If you have an account with us, your order can also be tracked online by logging in to your account.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to be delivered next working day. Track your parcel from dispatch to delivery. If you provide your email and/or phone number at checkout, you will receive email and text message notifications from Royal Mail regarding your order's shipment.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Guaranteed to arrive the next working day before 1pm if ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday. Track your parcel from dispatch to delivery, signature required on delivery. If you provide your e-mail address and/or phone number at checkout, you will receive e-mail and text message notifications from Royal Mail regarding your order's shipment.
*Free delivery is available on orders delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
All orders over £20 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and tracking information will be provided once we dispatch your item. This shipping upgrade is provided free of charge if your order is over £20.
