Here at Foxtek we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel before it has been shipped please contact us. If you wish to cancel after your order has been shipped you will need to request a return in your account through the My Returns page
As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. To return an item please log into your account and visit the My Returns page.
Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation as described above.
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.
We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. Items that are not defective, damaged or incorrect, are not eligible for free returns. If you would like a pre-paid returns label please add a message in the returns page requesting this. If your return is not the result of our error, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. Return costs depend on the size of the item, if the item is within 35 x 25 x 2.5 the return will cost £1.90, if the item is larger than this the return will cost £3.90. Please note that returns containing multiple items, or large items, may cost more.
Troubleshooting and product support may be available to resolve any issues with your product. If your item becomes defective after the return period, we will repair any defective item or we'll send you a replacement. If an exact replacement is not available, we may send you a similar item or refund the original payment amount. You will need to register your claim though our warranty portal.
